Cartridge filter

The cartridge filters realized by STC SRL allow the separation of solid or liquid particles from the main gas flow and they are used in air, industrial gases or process gases purification through the use of a filtering tool (a cartridge or a set of cartridges). They allow to collect any condensation, too.

The construction materials can be different: carbon steel, stainless steel and special austenitic ferritic steels such as Duplex, Super Duplex, Nickel alloys and Titanium Gr. 2. Also the dimensions are fully customizable.
The cartridges are chosen considering the requested efficiency, the allowed pressure loss and the type and amount of impurities of the gas.
All filters can be supplied according to the most common international standards: ASME Sec. VIII, EN13445, BS BS500, AD2000 and can be tested according to PED2014 / 68 / EC requirements, supplied with CE mark and USTAMP as needed.

STC cartridge filters can be equipped with various accessories such as pressure gauges, temperature or pressure transmitters and visual and audible obstruction alarms, in order to constantly monitor the cleanliness/clogging of the cartridges.
We can design this type of filter for many application: removal of solid particles, removal of liquid particles (coalescent filter).
The filter elements can be realized in all type of metallic and plastic materials, polyester, needlefelt and glass microfiber.
